ALUMINIUM PANS YATO for pancakes WITH PTFE COATING, 260MM DIAMETER

• YATO brand pancakeópan with diameter 260mm and depth 20mm is made of cast aluminum with a thickness of 4mm. This allows heat to be distributed quickly and evenly over the entire working surface. This is especially important when frying, because the food is cooked evenly regardless of its position.
• The YATO brand pan is coated with three-layer PTFE coating, which features the best performance available on the market. 
• The three-layer PTFE coating prevents food from sticking to the surface of the pan. This makes it possible to fry using minimal amount of fat. In addition, it is adapted to operate at temperatures as high as 250°C enabling frying or grilling without worrying about damaging the pan. 
• The most important advantage of the PTFE coating is high abrasion and scratch resistance. It is possible to use metal utensils, which sets YATO pans apart from other pans available on the market. 
• An important advantage of the PTFE coating; is also easy and fast cleaning and easy maintenance of the pans. 
• The handle is made of epoxied steel, which is connected to the working part with 3 rivets.
