Gastronorm container

YATO brand professional stainless steel GN container with size GN 1/1, 100 mm, capacity 13.5 l. YATO Proffesional Kitchen Equipment catering containers, are designed for professional use in mass catering establishments. They are manufactured from highest quality type 201 stainless steel, with a matte and smooth surface, in accordance with GASTRO NORM PN-EN 631-1:1996 standardization. GN containers are used for food storage in refrigeration and freezing conditions
up to -40°C. They are also ideal for use in the higher temperature range
up to 300°C. Thanks to this, they can be used in combi oven technology. They are characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage and the effects of organic acids and detergents. That's why, they are dishwasher-safe and resistant to intensive surface scrubbing. Special attention has been paid to details such as rounded corners and smooth rims, which ensure a high level of safety and hygiene in use. Additional embossing on the perimeter of each container strengthens its structure, protecting it from creases formed during use and allows stacking.
