The sharpening process is done in two stages: we start with a preliminary sharpening with a tungsten carbide blade for steel knives or a diamond blade for ceramic knives then do a final sharpening with a ceramic blade. This ensures very fast and precise sharpening of blades and a proper finish, leaving the edge even and smooth. An additional feature is the possibility to sharpen scissors. The movable tungsten carbide blade self-adjusts the angle to the blade of the scissors. This makes their sharpening very easy and fast. The body is made of durable and strong ABS.
