Semi-automatic meat slicer

Smoked meat slicer by YATO YG-03130 with a disc diameter of 300mm.

The base made of high quality aluminum alloy with anodized surface isvery easy to clean and to maintain. An additional advantage of the YATO slicer is the removable carriage, which can be quickly unscrewed, making it much easier to access hard-to-reach nooks and crannies, and easier to clean them of sliced product residue.

The 300mm diameter cutting disc allows slicing products with diameters reaching up to 200mm. Thanks to infinitely adjustable slicing thickness, it is possible to cutslices from 0.2 to 15mm thick.

The air-cooled motor has a power of 250W. This prevents overloading the machine and guarantees its high efficiency and long life.

The carriage installed on guideways with bearings works very lightly and smoothly, significantly reducing the effort during cutting. In addition, the cutting mechanism, that is, the carriage and disc,are set diagonally. This way, the sliced products are pressed against the disc by gravity, reducing the force required to do so.  

The built-in semi-automatic sharpener allows quick sharpening of the cutting disc without removing it.

Special attention has also been paid to safety. A splash-proof switch protects against electric shock during operation and cleaning of the device. In addition, a shield to protect the cutting disc is used, minimizing the risk of injury. Besides, the carriage has a special transparent guard to protect against accidental insertion of the hand into the cutting zone.

Stability of the device during operation is provided by special non-slip feet.
