An important advantage of the YATO machine is the 5-element UNGER system especially useful when preparing sausages or cold cuts. The UNGER system consists of:

The set comes with 3 strainers in sizes 1x4.5mm and 2x8mm. This allows you to set the right configuration of 8/4.5mm or 8/8mm and get the desired degree of ground meat.

An additional advantage of the YATO razor is the ability to extract the throat and the entire cutting system. The YATO brand meat grinder has a 1100W motor that can grind 220kg of meat in an hour. In addition, it has a reverse function which makes it significantly easier to unscrew the strainer and pull out the entire cutting mechanism.

The most important part of the meat grinder is the screw, cutting blade and strainer, which, in the case of the YATO meat grinder, are made of the highest qualitystainless steel. The loading tray is also made of stainless steel. This makes it very durable, able to accommodate a large load of raw meat, and is very easy to clean.
