YATO refrigerated display case for sushi 6x1/3GN The YATO brand refrigerated display case is designed for displaying sushi, tapas or various kinds of starters. Modern design combined with high quality raw materials make the YATO refrigerated display case a perfect front in all types of restaurants or hotels. In addition, the installed LED lighting exposes the presented dishes in a very attractive way encouraging customers to choose them.
The YATO refrigerated extension holds 6 GN 1/3 stainless steel containers, which are included in the set. Access to them is via sliding glass doors. They are made of tempered glass, as is the panoramic rounded windshield. This provides great strength, while also providing very good insulating properties.
The unit operates in the temperature range of 0~ +12°C using R600a refrigerant. However, the applied static cooling technology with top steam nozzle and auto-defrost function ensures very efficient operation, while being energy-efficient. The average annual energy consumption is 924 kWh. The extension is controlled by an electronic controller with a temperature display.
