Description
Gas burner with piezo ignition, powered by lighter gas. Adjustable flame power, aluminum body with non-slip surface. The burner allows to reach a temperature of 1350°C. It is designed for lighting fireplaces, grills or stoves. It is perfect for preparing Creme Brulee, flambéing or browning meats, steaks and vegetables. It makes a great solution for any pastry shop, bakery or cafe. A fully filled tank allows for 90-120 minutes of operation.
