Dead blow mallet

A hammer with a specific design, made of damage-resistant material.

The shank is filled in half of its volume with metal shot, which, moving freely, with its inertia eliminates the effect of bouncing of the hammer from the material, directing all the force of impact in its direction. At the same time, it prevents the negative effects of the hammer bouncing off the material.

Specialized assembly hammer for work requiring strong impact and simultaneous protection of the material, e.g. for assembly of machine and equipment parts or leveling tapping of laid ceramic tiles. Perceptible lack of rebound of the hammer from the material.
