Drainer for GN 1/2 container of YATO brand.

It is designed for GN containersós brand YATO YG-00400 / YG-00401 / YG-00402 / YG-00403.

Made of the highest quality PC polycarbonate, whichóry characterized by very high strength and resistance to mechanical damage, ensuring a very long life.

Designed for professional use in restaurants, bars or catering establishments. Thanks to the draining boards inserted into GN containersós, water from wet productsós drips to the bottom of the container, and the products are isolated from it. In this wayób they stay fresh longer.

The unique properties allow them to be used in refrigeration or freezing conditions at temperatures down to
40°C. They are also ideal for use in the higher temperature range reaching up to 99°C. Thus, they can be used to store hot food. However, they are not designed for use in bemars or combi ovens.

The YATO brand drippers have a very smooth surface, making them easy to clean and maintain. Dishwasher cleaning is also possible. They do not absorb odorsós or tastesós, which makes them suitable for storing other productsós after washing.

Extensive attention has been paid to details, such as rounded corners and smooth rims, whichóre ensuring a high level of safety and hygiene in use.
