Planetary mixer

Planetary mixer by YATO YG-03012 with a capacity of 7L.

The mixer is designed for:

• make light dough, 
• pick up foam, 
• mix stuffing.

It has an infinitely variable speed control in the range of 0-780 rpm so you can freely adjust the mode according to your needs. The mixer has protection against starting it at high speed which prevents the contents from spilling out of the bowl, and also reduces the risk of damage to the gearbox. In addition, the device is equipped with a safety switch, so that the operation is automatically interrupted if you try to lift the working head.

The transparent protective cover protects against accidental insertion of hands into the bowl during operation, as well as foreign objects falling into it. In addition, it has a sprinkling bran that allows you to add individual ingredients while mixing.

The mixer, which measures 420x400x230mm, weighs17 kg. The body made of aluminum and steel painted in silver metallic color is easy to clean. On the other hand, the bowl and additional accessories are made of food-grade stainless steel.

The hinged working head makes it much easier to change accessories and remove the 7L capacity and 220mm inner diameter bowl with twist-type attachment. This makes it very easy to clean. 

The mixer comes with additional accessories:

• Hook for mixing light doughs,
• Wand for whipping foam,
• A mixer for whipping foam.

It is driven by a 350W motor, powered by 220~240V / 50Hz, using a sprocket gearbox, which guarantees a very long life of the mechanism and use.
