It is driven by a 2000W motor, powered by 380~415V / 50Hz, with the help of gear gearbox, which guarantees a very long life of the mechanism and use. The transmission is carried out by means of drive belt, which greatly facilitates its replacement during service actions.

It has three operating speeds of 74 / 155 / 388 rpm so you can freely adjust the operating mode according to your needs. In addition, the device is equipped with a safety switch, so that the operation is automatically interrupted.

The mixer, which measures 1250x750x570mm, weighs 150kg. The body made of aluminum and steel painted in silver metallic color is easy to clean. While the bowl and additional accessories are made of food-grade stainless steel.

The bowl, which has a capacity of 60L and an inner diameter of 460mm, is lowered by means of a lever, which makes it possible to remove it, unload the dough and wash it. The mixer has an additional protection against starting it with the lowered spear. An additional safety feature is also the automatic shutdown of the device when you try to open the protective cover.
