Planetary mixer
Description
A planetary mixer by YATO YG-03022 with a capacity of 30L.
The mixer is designed for:
- make light dough,
- pick up foam,
- mix stuffing.
It is powered by a motor of 1100W, powered by 220~240V / 50Hz, using <gear gearbox, whichóra guarantees a very long life of the mechanism and use.
It has three operating speeds of 104 / 187 / 365 rpm so you can freely adjust the mode of operation according to your needs. In addition, the device is equipped with a safety switch, whichós automatic interruption of work.
Mixer with dimensions 780x540x430mm weighs 91kg. The body made of aluminum and steel painted in silver metallic color is easy to clean. On the other hand, the bowl and additional accessories are made of food-grade stainless steel.
The bowl has a capacity of 30L and an inside diameter of .340mm is lowered by means of a lever, which makes it possible to remove it, unload the dough and wash it. The mixer has an additional protection against starting it with the lowered spear. An additional safety feature is also the automatic shutdown of the device when the protective cover is opened.
The mixer comes with additional accessories:
- hook for mixing light doughs,
- rótion for beating foam,
- mixer for beating foam.
