Planetary mixer

A planetary mixer by YATO YG-03023 with a capacity of 40L.

The mixer is designed for:

• make light dough, 
• pick up foam, 
• mix stuffing.

It is powered by a motor of 2200W, powered by 380
415V, using <gear gearbox, whichóra guarantees a very long life of the mechanism and use.

It has three operating speeds 104 / 206 / 399 rpm so you can freely adjust the mode of operation according to your needs. In addition, the device is equipped with a safety switch, whichós automatic interruption of work.

Mixer with dimensions 990x640x520mm weighs 152kg. The body made of aluminum and steel painted in silver metallic color is easy to clean. On the other hand, the bowl and additional accessories are made of food-grade stainless steel.

The bowl with a capacity of 40Land an inside diameter of .400mm is lowered by means of a knob, which makes it possible to remove it, unload the dough and wash it. The mixer has an additional protection against starting it with the lowered spear. An additional safety feature is also the automatic shutdown of the device when the protective cover is opened.

The mixer comes with additional accessories:

• hook for mixing light doughs,
• rótion for beating foam,
• mixer for beating foam.
