Planetary mixer

A planetary mixer by YATO YG-03025 with a capacity of 10L.

The mixer is designed for:

• make light dough,

It is powered by a 500W motor, .Powered by 220~240V / 50Hz, by means of gear gearbox, whichóra guarantees a very long life of the mechanism and use. The transmission is carried out by means of a drive belt, which makes it much easier to replace it during service actions.

It has three operating speeds 110 / 178 / 355 rpm so you can freely adjust the mode of operation according to your needs. In addition, the device is equipped with a safety switch, whichós automatic interruption of work.

Mixer with dimensions 680x460x370mm weighs 63kg. The body is made of aluminum and steel painted in silver and the dome in gold metallic and is easy to clean. On the other hand, the bowl and additional accessories are made of food-grade stainless steel.

The bowl has a capacity of 10Land an inside diameter of .245mm is lowered by means of a lever, which makes it possible to remove it, unload the dough and wash it. The mixer has an additional protection against starting it with the lowered spear. An additional safety feature is also the automatic shutdown of the device when the protective cover is opened.
