Planetary mixer

A planetary mixer by YATO YG-03026 with a capacity of 25L.

The mixer is designed for:

• make light dough, 
• pick up foam, 
• mix stuffing.

It is powered by a 750W motor, powered by 220~240V / 50Hz, using gear gearboxwhichóra guarantees a very long life of the mechanism and use. The transmission is carried out by means of drive belt, which greatly facilitates its replacement during service actions.

It has three operating speeds 110 / 200 / 420 rpm so you can freely adjust the mode of operation according to your needs. In addition, the device is equipped with a safety switch, whichós automatic interruption of work.

Mixer with dimensions 840x550x435mm weighs 82kg. The corpUs made of aluminum and steel painted in silver metallic color is easy to clean. On the other hand, the bowl and additional accessories are made of food-grade stainless steel.

The bowl has a capacity of 25Land an inside diameter of .335mm is lowered by means of a lever, which makes it possible to remove it, unload the dough and wash it. The mixer has an additional protection against starting it with the lowered spear. An additional safety feature is also the automatic shutdown of the device when the protective cover is opened.
