Planetary mixer by YATO brand YG-03027 with a capacity of 35L.

The mixer is designed for:

• make light dough, 
• pick up foam, 
• mix stuffing.

It is driven by a 1100W motor, powered by 220~240V / 50Hz, by means of gear gearbox, which guarantees a very long life of the mechanism and use. The transmission is carried out by means of drive belt, which greatly facilitates its replacement during service actions.

It has three operating speeds of 80 / 160 / 388 rpm so you can freely adjust the operating mode according to your needs. In addition, the device is equipped with a safety switch so that the work is automatically stopped.

The mixer, which measures 1020x640x550mm, weighs 148kg. The body made of aluminum and steel painted in silver metallic color is easy to clean. On the other hand, bowls and additional accessories are made of food grade stainless steel.

The bowl, which has a capacity of 35L and an inner diameter of 375mm, is lowered by means of a lever, which makes it possible to remove it, unload the dough and wash it. The mixer has an additional protection against starting it with the lowered spear. An additional safety feature is also the automatic shutdown of the device when you try to open the protective cover.
