Spiral mixer

Spiral mixer by YATO brand YG-03060 with a capacity of 20L.

The mixer is designed for kneading heavy doughs such as:

• pizza, 
• bread,
• pierogies ,
• doughnuts.

Specially recommended for pizzerias, bakeries, pastry shops.

It is driven by a 1500W motor, powered by 220~240V / 50Hz, with the help of a sprocket gearbox, which guarantees a very long life of the mechanism and use. On the other hand, the transmission is carried out by means of a drive belt, which is of particular importance when servicing the device, facilitating its replacement.

The bowl along with the spiral rotate simultaneously at a constant speed of 207 rpm.

The mixer, which measures 860x700x390mm, weighs 92kg. The corps made of aluminum and steel painted in white is easy to clean. While the bowl and additional accessories are made of food-grade stainless steel.

The bowl with a capacity of 20L and an inner diameter of 360mm is permanently mounted. The maximum batch of dough is 6kg. The stainless steel protective cover protects against accidental insertion of hands or any objects into the bowl during operation. Meanwhile, the inlet slots allow you to add individual ingredients as you knead the dough.

The mixer has a safety feature that automatically shuts off the device if you try to open the protective cover. In addition, the mixer is equipped with a safety switch so that operation is automatically interrupted.

On the front-mounted control panel there is an additional lamp indicating that the device is connected to the mains warning against accidental activation of the mixer during cleaning.
