Spiral mixer

Spiral mixer by YATO YG-03062 with a capacity of 30L with a tilting head.

The mixer is designed for making heavy dough such as:

• pizza, 
• bread,
• pierogi,
• doughnuts.

Specially recommended for pizzerias, bakeries, pastry shops.

It is powered by a 1500Wmotor, powered by 220~240V / 50Hz, using <gear gearbox, whichóra guarantees a very long life of the mechanism and use.

The bowl along with the spiral rotate simultaneously at a constant speed of 158 rpm. The built-in timer allows you to set the operating time in the range of up to 60min. While switching to the manual position allows continuous operation.

The mixer, which measures 760x800x440mm, weighs 136kg. The body, made of aluminum and steel painted in white, is easy to clean. While the dishes and additional accessories are made of food-grade stainless steel.
The dish with a capacity of 30 l and an inner diameter of 410 mm can be disassembled for washing. The maximum dough load is 12 kg.
The mixer has a safety feature against starting it with the head raised. An additional safety feature is also the automatic shutdown of the device when the protective cover is opened. Additionally, the mixer is equipped with a safety switch, whichóremu&s automatically stopping work.

The hinged working head and removable bowl make it easy to take out the dough and clean the bowl, making work much easier.
