Spiral mixer

Spiral mixer by YATO YG-03068 with a capacity of 50L with 2 speeds.

The mixer is designed for making heavy dough such as:

• pizza, 
• bread,
• pierogi,
• doughnuts.

Specially recommended for pizzerias, bakeries, pastry shops.

It is powered by a 3100Wmotor, powered by 380~415V / 50Hz, by means of gear rack and pinion transmissionwhichóra guarantees a very long life of the mechanism and use. On the other hand, the transmission of the drive is carried out by means of a drive belt, which is particularlyólly important when servicing the device, facilitating its replacement.

The bowl together with the spiral rotate simultaneously at a constant speed. It is possible to set two operating speeds 108 / 216 rpm. Additionally, the mixer has a reverse gear for easy removal of dough from the bowl. In addition, the built-in timer allows you to set a running time of up to 60min. However, setting the "Manual" position allows for continuous operation.

The mixer, which measures 1120x880x530mm, weighs 189kg. The corps made of aluminum and steel painted in white is easy to clean. While the bowl and additional accessories are made of food grade stainless steel.

The bowl with a capacity of 50L and an inner diameter of 500mm is permanently mounted. The maximum batch of dough is 20 kg. The stainless steel protective cover protects against accidental insertion of hands or any objectsóinto the bowl during operation. On the other hand, the inlet holes allow you to add individual ingredientsós while kneading the dough.

The mixer has a safety feature that automatically shuts off the device when the protective cover is opened. Additionally, the mixer is equipped with a safety switch thatós automatically interrupted.
