Vegetable shredder by YATO YG-03100.

Electric vegetable shredder designed for professional use in catering establishments, restaurants and catering companies.

The use of 550W motor ensures high capacity, reaching 300kg/h. This allows for very fast slicing of large quantities of vegetables, which is especially important for professional users.

The set includes 5 interchangeable cutting discs with a diameter of 205mm for slicing on:

• 2mm slices
• 4mm slices
• wiórki 3mm
• wiórki 4mm
• wiórki 7mm

Vegetable loading is possible through a headóoval batching opening measuring 175x80mm with a convenient lever pusher or through a smallór round opening of diameter 50mm with a manual pusher.

The height of the outlet from the ground is 18cm, which makes it possible to stand the dish for sliced vegetable particles.

The body of the device is made of high-qualityaluminum and magnesium alloy with anodized surface. This makes the device veryeasy to clean and maintain. In addition, a specialdisc is used to shield the rotary mechanism from dirt.

Special attention has been paid to maintaining safety at work. Therefore, the device has a safety switch, splash-proof, resistant to splashing with water during operation as well as cleaning. In addition, the micro switch prevents the device from working when the flap is opened.

The shredder is equipped with four anti-slip feet to ensure stability during operation.

The set also includes an additional cleaning brush with scraper.
