Vegetable cutter

Electric vegetable shredder for professional use in catering establishments, restaurants and catering companies. The 550 W motor provides a high output of up to 300 kg/h. 

The set includes 5 interchangeable 205 mm diameter slicing discs:

• 2 mm slices
• 4 mm slices
• 3 mm chips
• 5 mm chips
• 7 mm chips

Vegetables can be loaded through the main, large 165 mm diameter feed opening with a convenient lever pusher or through the small 55 mm diameter circular opening with a manual pusher. The height of the outlet from the ground is 18 cm, allowing the dish to be placed on top of the chopped vegetables.

The body of the unit is made of high-quality aluminium and magnesium alloy with an anodised surface. This makes the unit easy to clean and maintain. In addition, a special shield protects the rotating mechanism from dirt.

The shredder has been designed with an eye to operational safety. The unit has a splash-proof safety switch, resistant to splashing water during operation or washing. In addition, a microswitch prevents the unit from operating when the flap is opened. Four non-slip feet ensure stability during operation. The kit includes a cleaning brush with scraper.
