YATO refrigerated display case for sushi 5x1/3GN The YATO brand refrigerated display case is designed for displaying sushi, tapas or various kinds of starters. The YATO refrigerated extension unit holds 5 GN 1/3 stainless steel containers, which are included in the set. Access to them is via sliding glass doors. They are made of tempered glass, as is the panoramic rounded windshield. This provides great strength, while also providing very good insulating properties. The Window operates in the temperature range of 0~ +12°C using R600a refrigerant. On the other hand, the applied static cooling technology with a top steam nozzle and automatic defrost function ensures very efficient operation, while being energy efficient. The average annual energy consumption is 881 kWh. Controlling the extension is done via an electronic controller with a temperature display.
